Cebuana beauty Steffi Rose Aberasturi has stunned the netizens with her Miss Universe Philippines runway challenge. Wearing a little black dress and shoes, the 26-year-old candidate from Cebu Province displayed her extraordinary movements.
Norman Tinio, a well-known pageant expert, has viewed all 75 videos of the contestants for the Miss Universe Philippines Runway Challenge, and he is blown away!
Norman, on the other hand, was particularly taken by one video. The following is the entire text of his Facebook post:
“After watching through 75 videos for the Miss Universe Philippines 2021 Runway Challenge, I think most everyone will agree with me that the entry submitted by Steffi Pearson Aberasturi of Cebu Province is a standout. From the location to the music to the breathtaking drone shots and to the presence of this Cebuana who made a pasarela that commanded attention. Talk about the slaying; she nailed this one almost effortlessly,” Norman said.
Aberasturi went all out for her runway debut, strolling along the Cebu-Cordova Link Expressway (CCLEX) while dressed in dramatic black costumes by designers Stef Tirado, Jessie Lastimosa, and Oscar James.
The runway bridge presented in the video is expected to be the country’s highest and longest bridge, connecting Cebu City with Cordova on Mactan Island. The CCLEX will be completed in the fourth quarter of 2021, with a lit cross atop the twin pylon cable-stayed main bridge emphasizing Cebu’s historic position as the cradle of Catholic devotion in the Philippines.
Since the release of her MUPH runway challenge video, Steffi has been trending on Twitter. The queen of Cebu has set the bar for any other candidates of Miss Universe Philippines. She was able to highlight the beauty of Cebu while conquering the runway challenge.
